Blair, sorry, but that 20% is NO GIFT!

It was part of the original Incorporation of Go.com.

And accepting 20% premium shares on a stock that hasn't barely budged over the last three years is not my idea of a WIN!

I remember Mr. Eisner's recent letter to the shareholders about how Disney was like a FIVE CYLINDER vehicle, and that the sluggish one was Disney Internet Group. He commented about how that cylinder was GOing to be fixed. He fixed it allright. He took it out.

DUH.
