Sorry to confuse the naysayers with the facts, but the last time I checked with the TA, July 13th, the A/S was same as now: 9.9M

A/S - 9,888,000
O/S - 6,192,118
Number of shareholders - 217

Per TA on December 12, 2008
A/S is 9,888,000,000
O/S is 6,191,912,405

Amendment of 12/16/2008 reduced A/S TO 9,888,000.

So TA is shooting straight.

Bought a bunch of 1's and have been sitting on them, but haven't been following RMDM closely until now.
