SPNGE IS DOA As I posted before warning longs of the exact date this Scam would be halted I now predict SPNGE will never make it out of the Grey Sheet Sewer where it belongs.

You will be lucky to get any bids higher than $.0001. Nobody will put their neck in a noose and sign off on SPNGE bogus financials. Even if they would there will be enough evidence of illegal insider stock transactions to keep this in the Grey's.
