LK.I did try to answer a little why they were not there on EQ board.I was told that they would not show up until after the DD was done.The DD is complete regarding IPWG...........it is just not done regarding Poland.I think they chose to stay away because it might be some conflict of interest during this process.

I also think that this is a very competitive field and they keep their cards close to the vest until the deal is closed.That is why we know so little about this partner.I don't think there is more to it than that.I think they are trying to prevent any problems,IMO.

If all goes well we will find out more,...............but really, once the check ($$$$) is there.That says it all for me.

I don't think we are going to be able to do much more DD ourselves regarding that aspect of this investment.It is either going to show up...............the money..........or it is not.I think the only thing we can do is manage our risk and that is about it, and that may be limited right now since some can't sell. It is what it is.

If it was all Hooie.................it sure is a lousy way to play what ever game they are playing.This is so freaking weird that in a funny way it adds credibility to the story.Some one else posted a similar view point.............and some how it rings true to me............:)
