Jim Dial and GrifCo have nothing but legal problems. Their is no hope of any recovery from this scam. Any money Dial stole from us is well hidden or already spent.

He will go to jail but that does us no good. Be thankful you are not one of the big investors who have millions of dollars tied up in this mess.

Time to move on.
