No! Because a) 'potential' is still nothing if you don't have it and b) the 80 million shares.... that is from 2 weeks ago. How much is it now? 90 million? Definately more than 80 million. They've been touting the 'suggested pps of $.25 since sept 18th while they don't even have the contract. What makes it suspicious is that they send out 2 PR's a day and in most cases it's about a POTENTIAL $20 million contract or the 'suggested' pps of $.25. Day after day. You don't see a normal company doing this. It's like they almost have an agenda with those PR's. But if you look at yesterdays 8K, you see the reason why. Their business is luring people in with very promising news but at the same time they are selling shares. I must admit that I was a bit shocked to see that the O/S is already 80 million. I thought that they might reach that by x-mas. But no... it's already 80 million. Just look out with shells like this one. And read the following SEC-advice from top to bottom:
