Thought I would share some interesting info on BESE I found today, Not sure if anyone has found this or not.
On September 24th, 09 BESE signed an agreement with USA Uranium (USAU), allowing USAU to have an option on 9 mineral mines totaling 4300 hectares. USA has to give 37,000,000 of their common shares to BESE. USAU gets a 50% undivided interest but must carry out a 50,000.00 exploration and development program plus must also carry out an additional 250,000.00 exploration and development program. The funds and (CDN) per the sec filling and dated 9/24.10 and 9/24/11 respectively.
On September 25th, 09 BESE signed an agreement with with Mariposa Resources LTD, (MSPR) allowing MSPR to do the same but on 8 claims totalling 3900 hecters. PSR must give 1,000,000 of their company shares to BESE. MPSR must spend 50,000.00 and 200,000. with theb dates being 9/25/09 and 9/25/10.
Seems to me that BESE must have some promising locations for other companies to want it this bad.
With only 58,342,000 common shares issued and only 500,000,000 shares authorized, BESE looks like it could be a winner?
I read a post from wreckmtech that stated that Yellow Head Mining Inc. might be a company looking at BESE to merg withg. Post 7837.
Just a thought? Anyone have any comments or ideas?
