A TA thats over seen by the SEC? Common dude your fishing now, you may have had a point once with the filing controversy but to think this person would risk going to prison for one company when her firm has multi million dollar clients and SEC oversight
you need to brake out the rod and reel.

Tell me something like I researched the company and it's not reg with the SEC, or they went out of business or something valid other then the fertilizer your peddling.
