seriously Harley and Kej lets call a truce and make it less about our egos and more about fact finding.

I think this is a grate chance to make money but I welcome any information that would prevent any of these good people or myself being taken advantage of. (based on what you find, not what you can't find)

You had some valid points concerning the filings but the TA (independent of the company, and SEC regulated)confirmed last night the proper paper work is being submitted and the company is structured very well.

When all is said and done and if the right filings have not been completed then I would agree but until then PTRZ has proven itself time and again. If it was a pump and dump why let it reach 68 that highest its been in weeks and then let it fall before you dump.That is not a smart scammer strategy .
