Well if you ever come back over here, you're definitely getting a steak dinner.

Regarding the warrants, the only thing that concerns me is the possibility of dilution. I know that the net income targets for CME are pretty aggressive and fear that they may try to grow through acquisitions. Do you have any idea if the warrant strike price resets in that case and what their overall growth strategy might be?

Also, don't discount the time value left in these warrants, I'd say that it is pretty significant ... probably north of $1 imo
