spoke to the great Texas Twister. the jist of the email was this:
within a few weeks, the change will be approved by finra from wavl to cndc, at that point, it'll run like a banshee. of course this is all just am opinion, but this is what's expected to happen. so don't sell sort. we're just days or weeks away from the start of something poweful.
