Yes, I have been adding here as well (filled @.37)and will continue to add if it drifts into the 20's. Fear is at an apex, I always buy when there is fear it is the only way I have ever made big money. Buying when everyone is selling and selling when everyone is buying has been my motto for 15 years now.
