Hangdog had the post of the day yesterday. Go back and read his conversation with the lawyer. The court case is on going. No settlement has been announced even though it looked as such a couple weeks ago.

I was refering to the fact the the proposed settlement that everyone thought was a done deal (after that letter was posted a few weks ago) has seemed to vanished and we are once again back to the endless waiting for something to happen on this legal/patent front.

I don't trust lawyers or doctors. I do my own research.
