CNOA: Nice move on the news. Maybe time to sell?

Strange that quote from this letter would come to light. But IMHO sixty days is a long time to complete an "official settlement" vs. current "settlement in principal".

Surely they will announce something more specific about the settlement sooner rather than later even though the judge must approve the settlement.
