Thank you for contacting Beneficial Holdings via email. We apologize for our delay in responding.

Nicaragua does not have addresses in the sense that persons from the United States are used to. Rather, they have directions. Our Vereda Tropical location is in Managua near the Huembus Market area. From the main road, instead of turning left into the market area, you would turn right near the small Star City casino. At that point, you would go to the first corner where you could make a left hand turn. There would be a brown building on the corner.

The new location is located in the market area of Masaya, Nicaragua. We will be posting pictures soon on our website.

Our share structure is 129,000,000 authorized shares. Over 3/4ths of the shares are restricted. No additional increases in shares will occur for six months due to the lockup arrangement.

We do not have knowledge as to who is selling shares in the private market. We are aware that some of the investors from 2005 appear to have accounts at Wilson Davis & Company. However, Wilson Davis is a market maker in the stock and they will sell and buy shares regardless of whether a customer has shares to sell.

As stated above, we will be providing pictures of our locations.

Finally, we apologize for not responding to our shareholders in a timely manner. We are presently expanding our staff to accommodate inquiries from shareholders and the public.
