I agree with you regarding small operators.
However if the oil industry works the way mining does, the majors will assign projects to contractors as this is more economically feaseable than bringing in their own crews and paying the huge dollars.
The contractor with a signed contract from a major then has no problems financing their projects.
As always this is wishful thinking on my part that the contractor would buy or lease USCI technology, and AIMO.
