Again, I will put out there.

From what I get out of this whole 10K hold up is.

The 10K for 09 is done, which shows 50 million in sales and 10 million in taxable income.

While the 10K of 07 (500,000 sales) and 08 (5 million sales) are the ones in question.

Does this sound right?
