Just to let you know that the float is ~250MM and I will post the exact number when I get it.

Also I very significant technical event occured today in that the 50 dma crossed the 200 dma which gave us a rare event indeed, a GOLDEN CROSS !

My friend STOCKCHARTER wrote on the ZLUS IHub board:

the daily macd has turned bullish with huge volume. this is the best of both worlds. both the 50dma and 200dma are rising with the recent 50dma crossing up through the 200dma. very bullish chart both short term intermediate term and most of all long term."
