did AYME continue buying shares once SPNG notified everyone in an 8-k that the SEC was conducting a formal investigation? some non-believers claim that AYME was in on the scam. if this were true one would think that AYME would have stopped making a market for SPNG once the investigation was officially announced. actually since management knew of the investigation since the subpoenas were issues then AYME would have stopped sooner
