they had good news.. i posted it over there, 9 hours ago the news was out..
as with any chapter 11 case they have to be ready to go otherwise you get burned or wait a long time (if you're lucky) because most do not survive with value.. we try to pick the handful that will and play on those. those plays have been among the best of all 2009.
