Ebb and bear: All I did was transfer shares out. the way Scott tried it thought the Dtcc it did not work.They told me they would transfer them manually.What ever that means? and it could take up to a month.It took two days.................i don't know how they did it or even if I understood it correctly.Fact is they are out.................and they transferd all the shares not half like I asked.
Question is.........is the whole transfer a mistake or a blessing.right now it appears to be a blessing................yet I am not selling.I did a test sell and it went worked.I also bought more on e-trade yesterday at the close and it worked.
I don't think I can buy through scott right now.I can try................but it will not work.so the chill is on for buying and selling.
Now Ebb.I know you mean well and think "your" generation will change the world. Every generation thinks that.I hate to tell you.........but it is a very simplistic and sophomoric view of the world.
The end result of many using force in the "disguise" of love and world peace or environmental enlightenment...........whatever the new catch phrase is, has always failed.
the Russians tried it, the red Chinese tried it, many have tried it..............end result was.........the killing and starving of millions.Society is a reflection of all the people in it.Enlightenment or self change is a personal journey by the individual.........not a mass movement.
If it is a mass movement it is wrong and doomed to failure and heartache for many.The world is a perfect reflection of how messed up everyone really is.It is not in your power to change others.........ey are doing their thing and will change when they want to.........not before.
