op9171787, Well to try to help clarify, a settlement per se, does not necessarily mean we will be required to relinquish our shares,
Also, a settlement is totally tax free, so it depends on the structure of any settlement, that would lead to any meaningful shareholder action.

BTW if worst comes to worst and we end having our registration revoked, that may not be the end of BCIT / energy resources, at that point we could strongly fight back and hang the shorts out to dry.
