INSIDE. That is where they went. If I were inside, I would wait to merge until the price was lower too. Look at the price average purchase of the majority of the INITIAL buys; I bet the majority were purchased before the market reacted. If this merger happens, it happens when the price is LOW. Where, I do not know.

I am afraid that only the insiders know when they will pull the trigger. They benefit too, but they will be in this game for a long period of time because they know their business plan. We (the market) do not.
