I don't buy it for a second. No IR guy would talk down the value of his own stock thereby encouraging people to sell. Use your heads people. This is pure BS.

The Nemegosenda property alone could end up being worth $100-200 billion. Therefore, none of the pps projections are unreasonable IMO and most are very conservative.
