Near as I can tell, their absorption of SEEK was nothing more than a buying of scare
resources at the time to build their verticals.
Now, I can't even imagine what will happen to DIG prior to the conversion. Right now, based
on today's exchange rate the ratio appears to offer a 30% premium, if I did my math right, i.e.
.19353 equalling approximately 1 share of DIS for every 5 shares of DIG.
Does this sound right?

I order for me to break even DIS will have to go up to $103.56 per share. We just got F-U-C-Ked big time..
