if the dtc is not allowing IPWG to use them as a clearing house until the 160m share issue is addressed, how can shares be sold? Don't they have to be cleared? They should either halt trading or allow trading. This just illustrates the corrupt system The DTC is part of.
Just like allowing the DTC to accept a fee from naked shorting is crazy. It is an ill gotten gain from an illegal activity. In no other realm are you allowed to keep money from an illegal activity.
