Sometimes you will want to save a few cookies, such as websites where you have registered and don't want to have to go through the process again. In case you want to delete all but a few cookies, do the following:

Once you have the window that displays all your cookies, instead of clicking "Select All" from the "Edit" menu, position your pointer over the first cookie you want to delete and click to highlight it. Now scan down through the list of cookies until you come to the next cookie you want to save. Position your pointer over the cookie just ahead of the cookie you want to save and hold down the shift key while clicking to highlight the list of cookies you want to delete. Now hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard.

Repeat the process starting with the cookie just past the cookie you want to save. It really doesn't take long once you get the hang of it.
