Sometimes life isn't that complicated.
How about some self respect, and integrity, and standing up for what is right?
Voting to reward a management team that has failed their shareholders for years is not doing the right thing.

Do you really want to send a message that says in effect, "here's a reward, screw us some more"?
Surely you can't be serious.
