I so Agree, If financing, if construction starts and if they get their books in order, this Company is going to fly.. A mans word is only as good as a word.. I like documentation and accountability. And so do real investors. Till they clear up their filings and get the house cleaned, prove to the share holders there is real cash in place, this will be a penny play pinkie pipe dream...

As someone posted yesterday, at the price of the stock, and if this private equity is real.. they could take this private real cheap and not have to share future profits or share holders to deal with!!!!
