VANCOUVER, WA and PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwire - June 17, 2008) - NW Tech Capital, Inc. (OTCBB: NWTT) announced today that it has completed the purchase of Teledigit, Inc. effective June 16, 2008. Closing was originally scheduled for July 31, 2008, but the completion of the financial audit of Teledigit allowed the parties to accelerate closing by almost two months. This allows NW Tech Capital to recognized revenue in our 2nd quarter 10Q......we know they closed the deal as far as Teledigits still a subsidiary we cannot confirm this on a pr or finacials.....however i spoke with NW Tech Capital Incs Bud he said they still have a relationship with Teledigit and that there not diluting shares.....i spoke with Teledigits Bob he said Manny ownes Teledigit.....well within 1/2 weeks NW Tech Capital Inc will release full 2008 1st and 2nd quarters 2009 financials Bud says
