I agree whole heartedly. Nowadays, everyone is subject to some moronic lawsuit. Can you believe someone wanted to sue Mcdonalds because they were fat? How far is this going?
With the current attack on the tobacco industries, Wellstone is wise to make a statement like that. CYA exactly!! And you know what? I think it will win over customers because of their honesty.
So far, I have seen the Wellstone management team do nothing but make smart moves. There has not been one thing they've done to cause me to question their integrity or abilities to manage a company. If every corporation ran like Wellstone, America would be a better place.
It's going to take some time before they become a major player in the industry. I would speculate 5 years. If you can hold on to your stock that long, I think it will be very rewarding. I'm a patient person and will take the lesson from the tortiuse and the hare. Slow and steady wins the race.
