(QASP) Just talked to Lisa (senior VP)


she didn't sound over joyed and a bit nervous on the phone IMO... I'm sure she is being hammered with people upset with all of this.. and is a bit shell shocked


What I got out of it.. PR's are coming.. .One that will give us a stauts update on the aqusitions.. and I was told Friday. But please don't hold me accountable for that... That is what I was told

another that gives us the full share strucuture to date... I was told Monday or early next week since the paperwork won't be ready by Friday

She did say that this will turn around and if I can hold in there I will be rewarded.. Of course I pointed out to her the press release quote from August 4

I think it was obvious that she knows there has been major PR slip ups by Dean and the fact is Dean is learning a harsh lesson, but unfortunately we are the ones paying the price.... And yes I did mention pretty much exactly that to Lisa...

I also spent time letting here know how they so willingly promoted a stock buyback and failed to mention the need for dilution, of course she had no answers for this but tried to re-assure me that things will turn around...

I'm not happy but I'm holding.. If Dean doesn't fix this well.. we know where he works.


my fear is the stock price isn't going to like these PR's. I got the impression that some of the acquistions are closed but they won't announce them being closed until they are all completed, and they are on target to be completed before onths end... but haven't we heard that before.


like I said.. I'm not happy, and can't say I feel much better aftger the conversation but I'm still holding
