Hi everyone.
I apologize for not being around very much lately. I have been real busy with a lot of other things that has really been eating my time up.
I hope all are doing well. I check in occasionally and it appears everyone is doing great. Dave and the mods around here are pretty awesome and with the additions to the board everyone is staying pretty well informed.
CMKX is doing well in my opinion. We received our UCAD dividend as expected and I do look for an adjustment later on in the distribution ratio for UCAD to go up significantly. Also we are not sure that the entire 7.5 million were paid out to us either as they may break it up into 2 or 3 dividend payments and the guess on the O/S could be way off. Just something to think about.
UCAD has brought some relief to most accounts with its presence even though it is restricted. CIM is up and coming soon and it too may be paid in portions instead of the full 40 billion share in this dividend. If the payout is 20 billion (half now half later), this could account for the low dividend ratio per share holder instead of their actually being 1.56 trillion CMKX outstanding shares. I will not go into detail but the O/S can be significantly lower than many have calculated.
Short example:
If the O/S is 386.5 billion and CMKX paid half of the 7.5 million UCAD shares to us (3.75 million) then the dividend ratio would have been .00000962. We only speculated that they were paying us the entire 7.5 million UCAD in this particular dividend. They said we would get them, but not necessarily all at once! Just my opinion.
They then could counter with another UCAD dividend say a few months from now for the remaining (3.75 million shares) bringing the total to 7.5 million UCAD. Of course the remaining dividend ratio would be .00000962 as well bringing the total distribution to us as .00001924. It could happen this way.
If the 40 billion CIM were split into 4 separate 10 billion CIM payments to shareholders then the distribution ratio of .052 CIM per share would reveal an O/S of 386.5 the same as the UCAD if it were split. So instead of looking at a possible 1.5 trillion O/S it could be that we are getting split dividends for the total payment and we just don't know at this time.
I don't have time to go into detail, but I do want to give you something to think about that could be a possibility.
Roger is working overtime with others to bring this thing through so continue to hold fast and keep the faith.
I will try to check in more often. I miss the feedback from the board. Definitely thought provoking.
