another few related questions.

1. will this happen automatically through their doing, or will this happen through the interest of traders? in other words, the day after finra approves the change, will the price go up by itself, or will mm's still be annoying, and make trouble for the wavl'ers of the world?

2. what, if anything, do ppl project the stock to hit?
