Note to all: Message-reading routine

I've just completed a batch of changes to read_msg.asp, which is the routine that reads a single message. Went from 250 lines to 190. I'd been working on it the week before I went to Vegas, so it'd already been shrunk quite a bit.

I'm still feeling pretty motivated, so I'm going to work on trimming down the function library or breaking it into pieces so that only the functions a page needs get loaded with it.

I've made a LOT of changes to the site today, so be on the looking for bugs. I'd especially like to hear about them tonight instead of tomorrow when everyone's here and the bugs are causing them problems using the site.
