Correct me if i'm wrong, but it's not as though CN Dragon is this multi-million dollar company with an amazing track record of building large scale vacation resorts. From all of the articles on the booming tourism industry in China, it seems like they're very new @ this whole thing. Maybe they have some money to back their venture up, however the name change from wavl to cndc won't raise anything all that much.
