All I can say is, Persuade the currant Board of directors to call for a stockholder vote to remove The currant CEO for cause, notify all currant shareholders as to their intentions, Allow all shareholders to vote based on the amount of shares they actually hold at the time of the removal action, and have the option to Proxy their intent to the board if necessary.
