Although I agree 100% with you Howard, I think it should be also noted that even if for some reason It would be desirable to remove Malcolm as CEO of Empire? It would require a majority shareholder vote by the stockholders of EEGC to do so. Therefore, when all these naysayers continually call for the removal of Malcolm Bendall, and demand the Installment of a new CEO of their choosing? All I can say is, Persuade the currant Board of directors to call for a stockholder vote to remove The currant CEO for cause, notify all currant shareholders as to their intentions, Allow all shareholders to vote based on the amount of shares they actually hold at the time of the removal action, and have the option to Proxy their intent to the board if necessary. Beyond that folks, The bashers are just spitting into the wind!...JMO...
