Cool Roof: New 3rd party official confirmation for the Nansulate product. This time, the Mexican govt:

Nansulate® Coatings have also been independently tested by Mexico's CFE (Comision Federal de Electicidad, Federal Electricity Commission). The study found that Nansulate® coatings provided significant energy savings during both day time and night time hours. A copy of the report can be downloaded here. That's 10% energy reduction just from coating the roof only with the clear coating (it also prevents mold & blocks UV, btw, so it extends the life of the roof itself). If the walls/ceiling were coated, it'd be a lot less energy used.
