BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO SELL STOCK TO STAY AFLOAT.

ACCORDING TO THEIR FINANCIALS, THEIR NOT EVEN MAKING ENOUGH TO PAY THEIR SALARIES.

SO, THE STOCKHOLDERS ARE KEEPING THEM AFLOAT NOT EI.

AND THE SHAREHOLDERS ARE LOSING INTEREST
