I've explained this to you before. CPD has offered to sell power to PSNH at a 5% discount to the arrangement they have with LLEG. I'm not an economist (I’m just a simple guy from NH), but if PSNH can buy the same renewable power at a 5% discount then the NH electric ratepayer saves money. Hopefully this clears it up for everyone in relatively simple terms.
