Has anyone had a chance to study the new Nigerian oil law? Does it have the "Nigerian Ownership" clause they were discussing a few months ago?
There was a proposal while they were crafting this law to award the blocks that were taken from foriegn interest that were not developing them to "Nigerian Oil Companies"because the percent of oil controled by nigerian oil companies had decreased by more than 50%.
This could make SEO very attractive as a business partner, EHRE awarded these proven but undeveloped onshore & shallow water blocks and then hiring Senoplec/Addax to operate them.
