Clipstream is a mystery but I think it will not try to compete with the Flashes of the world. There is no question that using a Java based codex makes a difference in terms of instant downloading, avoidance of firewalls, use of much less bandwidth, plus security features - - but the licensing system used by Destiny has just not worked and what they are cooking up I don't know, but they sure have been working on it long enough.

In that regard, since you are going to chat with the CFO, please ask about Clipstream from a number of angles: when will there be an update on the new product; what is the new product, at least in general terms: and how much is/will be spent to complete development and then market it.

Destiny is doing very well with PlayMPE but in order to become a spectacular play it has to become more than a one trick pony, whether that means Cliptream or other products keyed off its global monopoly with PlayMPE.
