I was looking at the Florida Department of State Division of Corporation website.

I came across a filing for GDT TEK, Inc

I noticed the A/S of GDT TEK Inc. is 11 billion shares. Is it correct to assume, SMWF must keep the current O/S below 11,000,000,000 so the merger can happen without an Reverse Split happening first?
