Dude..

That stuff was already posted about a week or two ago. I have done DD forwards and backwards, inside and out, who knows what direction they are going to take CWDW, if any.

Maybe they up the O/S to 100 million the same as the A/S giving them 66% control of the company, or

Maybe they reverse split it to $5 and add shares to the mix, or

Maybe they use another shell, or

Maybe they do nothing to the share structure and merge here as is because most on the board are already shareholders, some large, here in CWDW.

Let your DD either make you add shares or get you out, it's all a guessing game. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
