Sonesta (SNSTA) Announces Special Dividend of $1

September 25, 2009 2:10 PM EDT

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Nasdaq: SNSTA) announced that, at a meeting on September 10, 2009, its Board of Directors approved the payment of a special dividend of $1.00 per share on the Company's Common Stock. Payment of the special dividend will be made November 9, 2009 to shareholders of record on October 23, 2009.

To receive the dividend, you have to own the stock before October 21st.
