"Are they allowed to do press releases?" Sure, but what on earth would they do one about, especially with the S. E. C. looking over their shoulders?

"Also does anyone see the price rising from the .07 level?" Anything is possible, but that's not the pattern followed by 99% of the stocks that get demoted to the grey sheets.
