The previous reply to you is correct. I have never seen a stock move up from the greys (although I know it happens very occasionally). Considering the method by which GVBP got demoted to the greys, the next likely "listing" event would be revoking the stock, but that probably won't happen for quite some time. The S. E. C. and FINRA move slowly.
