I agree with Burp in that 99% of lawyers are out to extort money. That said, CNOA still has to deal with the situation and at one time, I do believe there was an issue with CNOA claiming earnings off of an O/S number that didn't make sense to me, as I thought earnings should have been based on another O/S count, but this was at least a year ago or so and my memory runs short on CNOA since I steered clear. The lawyer claiming the company is B.S. is naturally what he's going to say. He did say that the original judge was replaced due to a confict of interest FWIW and I have no idea what the status of the case is today .......
