Try calling the broker and see if they will place the trade for you.It may work that way and ask for the internet rate,IMO.

I was able to buy yesterday on E-trade,BTW and they may be transferring/receiving my IPWG shares..........since they no longer show up in Scottrade.I think they are in limbo flying thought the air to their new home at e-trade as we speak.I will let you all know when they arrive.

So far it has only been five days and all the other shares and cash have arrive in less than three days.Not bad service by both sides so far.
