You wont be able to transfer shares to any brokerage account until the chill is lifted...i already tried and got denied...now in the process of waiting for the shares to settle back in my scottrade account...im beginning to think that IPWG and this might sound far fetched but purposefully called and spoke to DTC to place a chill on the stock...for the purpose of catching those people that were involved in all of this...i dont know just my opinion...bc until the chill is lifted dtc will not issue any certificates, will not settle any trades and will now allow you to transfer your shares..again im beginning to think that this was done on purpose by IPWG to help Peter catch the mother truckers that tried to defraud the shareholders and the company.
